Before equipment can be released, you must provide either (A) a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Western States Trailer and Auto as Additional Insured, or (B) a signed damage waiver with card authorization on file.
• Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate
• Rented Equipment / Inland Marine: physical damage, collision, theft, vandalism, fire, weather, transportation loss — limits must cover full replacement value of equipment
• Additional Insured: Western States Trailer and Auto, 4810 Highway 93 South, Missoula, MT
• Coverage must remain active throughout the entire rental period
If you do not have applicable insurance, you may elect our Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver fee is 15% of your total rental cost. The waiver does not cover gross negligence, intentional misuse, operating outside rated capacity, or unauthorized use. A valid credit card authorization hold of $1,250 is still required.

Our rental office hours are when our team is available to assist with reservations, trailer selection, and in-person pickup assistance.
We understand projects don’t always happen during business hours. In many cases we can accommodate early pickups, after-hours returns, and flexible scheduling depending on availability and reservation timing.
