A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Western States Trailer & Auto as Additional Insured and Loss Payee may be required before equipment can be released.
2. Request Your Equipment Rental

3. Complete Rental Documents & Payment
Once approved, you’ll receive a secure link to complete payment, sign rental agreements, and submit any required documentation. This ensures your equipment is reserved and ready for pickup on your scheduled rental date.
4. Pick Up Equipment & Get to Work
